Wynn Resorts CEO talks spinning off Wynn Interactive Digital as a SPAC

Wynn Resorts CEO Matt Maddox joined Jim Cramer on "Mad Money" to discuss separating the hotel operator's online sports betting and gambling business. Wynn Interactive is merging with Austerlitz Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company set up by Vegas Golden Knights owner Bill Foley.
